MEDOINN SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Medoinn is committed to processing and dispatching your orders swiftly and securely. We partner with reliable courier services across Pakistan to ensure your essential medications and health products arrive on time and in proper condition.

  • Operating Days: Our warehouse and dispatch teams operate Monday through Saturday.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation and, if applicable, prescription verification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PKT) are generally processed the next business day.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the service selected:

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and the final order value.

All final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

 

4. COLD CHAIN & TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

As a responsible online pharmacy, we adhere to strict Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals:

  • Special Packaging: All products requiring refrigeration (typically 2°C to 8°C), such as insulin, vaccines, and certain injections, are shipped in validated cold chain packaging (e.g., insulated boxes with gel packs/ice packs).

  • Safety Assurance: This specialized packaging is designed to maintain the required temperature range for the duration of the standard estimated delivery time.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for immediately transferring refrigerated products to a refrigerator upon receipt. Medoinn is not liable for products improperly stored after delivery.

 

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing:

  1. Your Tracking Number.

  2. A link to the courier company’s website for real-time tracking.

Please use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customer convenience.

  • To minimize failed deliveries, we reserve the right to verify COD orders via a phone call or SMS confirmation before dispatch.

  • Payment Requirement: Please ensure the exact change is available at the time of delivery, as delivery riders may not carry change.

 

7. DELIVERY ISSUES AND DISCREPANCIES

  • Missing or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately at 0315-9752222 or Email us: support@medoinn.com so we can initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement shipment.

  • Incomplete Address: Medoinn is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. A re-delivery attempt may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Inspection upon Receipt: We strongly recommend inspecting the package and confirming the contents against your invoice before signing the delivery receipt. Do not accept any package that appears tampered with or extensively damaged.
